Congo "Cookies" or Bars!

Think of a rich, delicious, chewy, "Toll House" type brownie and you have what is called a Congo Cookie, Congo Bar or Blondie in the confectioners world. Perfect anytime, but add an ice cold glass of milk and you have practically a Southern institution in your mouth! Full of wholesome and premium ingredients, like chocolate chips, pecans or walnuts, combined with brown sugar, high grade butter and other delicious ingredients and you have the Congo Bar! We can make these with or without nuts, and even then your choice of pecans or walnuts.
